Prior to his death, Mr. Brown was the senior member and one of the founders of Brown Pruitt Wambsganss Dean Forman & Moore, P.C. Spanning over three decades, Mr. Brown’s law career was centered on his special expertise in the field of tax-exempt revenue bonds and the law of exempt organizations as well as adoption, probate and real estate.
His accomplishments included:
- Issuer Counsel for the Tarrant County Health Facilities Development Corporation
- Member of the Board of Directors of State Automobile and Casualty Insurance Company
- President and Director of the A.J. and Jessie Duncan Foundation
He was a Director of several nationally recognized charitable organizations, including:
- The Gladney Center for Adoption
- National Council for Adoption
- Fort Worth Council of Camp Fire Girls
- Texas Association of Leaders in Children and Family Services
