Practice Description

Ms. Harveson practices estate planning, trust and probate law. In her estate planning practice, she focuses on helping individuals and families to define their distribution goals and assess their financial circumstances in order to create an estate planning strategy tailored to accomplish those goals while minimizing transfer tax exposure. Ms. Harveson's probate practice consists of assisting clients with estate administration as well as trust administration, including fiduciary and beneficiary representation. She also assists clients with entity selection and formation, family business succession planning, wealth transfer to future generations, and strategies to minimize estate and gift taxation.
