PRACTICE DESCRIPTION
Abigail D. Irwin maintains a broad civil litigation and transactional practice, representing individuals and businesses in state and federal courts, including appellate proceedings. She handles business and contractual disputes, as well as insurance defense matters, and offers a well-rounded perspective informed by experience on both sides of the docket. She is licensed to practice in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.
Her transactional practice includes negotiating and drafting complex agreements and advising clients on regulatory compliance. Mrs. Irwin also serves in an outside counsel role for several companies, providing guidance on employment matters and day-to-day operational issues.
